Gorilla Footing 

The act of a person or something making very loud stomping noises, typically an upstairs neighbor, or somebody slamming their feet on the stairs.
“I couldn’t hear the TV because my mom was gorilla footing upstairs.”

Walking around and unintentionally making an exceeding amount of noise. This phrase typically denotes a lack of intentional noise control or awareness of one’s acoustic impact.
My neighbor upstairs was gorilla footing around.

When someone forgets to hold shift in game and blows your cover, you can say they gorilla footed.
