Gooz stepper

A protester who inserts themselves into matters that they do not comprehend and that do not really concern them.

It comes from the Farsi expression "goozeh koodoom kooni" meaning "Whose ass's fart are you?"

The gooz steppers are out in front of Mount Sinai Hospital protesting on behalf of the IRGC again.
