This is a term first used by Nick from Nick's strength and power in late 2020. This refers to the lighting which is used by bodybuilders and gym goers when they take selfies and trying to show off their physics. This lighting along with the camera angle often make people look more muscular and shredded and it is not a real reflection of what their body looks in real life.

Goonlight

The Goonlight is the optimal lighting used by bodybuilders to enhance the appearance of their physiques. This is often top-down lighting, casting shadows in a way that enhances the appearance of muscular definition. This term was first used by "Hey guys, it's Nick from Nick's Strength and Power and I have a COUPLE of interesting stories for you today."
