Proper noun. He/she who uses the toilet and does not wash their hands - spends the day on Google spreading his/her pissy hands all over the keyboard. Keen on handshakes in corridoors.

Ian: Fuck man, that bloke never washed his hands in the bathroom.
Barry: Be careful mate, once he's finished looking at clips of old movies, he'll google piss you from behind.

Noun. The spectre that is the google search engine and expanding ancillary functions has become; its 'tentacles' or 'arms' stretching, grabbing and controlling anything it can hold on to and digest, especially in such a way that it controls and/or influences what we read and how information and data are consumed; the evolving nature of Google as a centrally controlled manipulator of information; a creative conjunction of the word 'google' and 'octopus'.
