Good Boys effect

A trope on TV Tropes where movie age ratings regulate the age of actors less compared to the age of audiences who watch movies with certain age ratings, resulting in underaged children starring movies that they're too young to watch themselves like "Good Boys" (2019).
The 'Good Boys effect' sparked discussions about whether it's appropriate for underaged actors to star in films they can't legally watch.
