goblincore 

Goblincore is an aesthetic which seems to have originated on Tumblr, as a twist on ‘dragoncore’. While both dragoncore and goblincore seem to focus on collections (or hoards), goblincore leans into the grimier, grittier, and just more generally cluttered look. Goblincore celebrates not just flawless gems, dazzling metals, and meticulously kept treasuries, but also damaged coins, cool rocks, bits of scrap metal, maybe even beads, bugs, and buttons.

If you have a disordered, unlabeled collection of rocks, shells, buttons, or trinkets (or all the above), goblincore might be the aesthetic for you. Some call it hoarding, but we call it ‘collecting’.

“Wow, Dan sure does have a lot of shit. When did he get so many bits of sea glass? And is that just a pile of shells?”
“Yeah, he found a goblincore blog on tumblr and just kinda lost himself in it.”

goblin core 

It’s an aesthetic, like cottage core but more, chaotic. Some would call someone with this aesthetic a ‘hoarder’ but to us it’s just collecting, we collect anything that gives us joy wich can be shells, buttons, mushrooms, bugs, trinkets and other things others would call trash. “one mans trash is another’s treasure”. The fashion is usually oversized ugly sweaters ,corduroy pants and boots. This aesthetic also contains a love for frogs and bugs.

person 1: why is that person running around looking for mushrooms?

Goblincob 

Goblincob is a supreme being. To be referred to as a Goblincob is the same as being refered to as a God.
Goblincob (as depicted in the Bible of Christ) is married to Roshan (the Ice Age baby) and they liberate the world of all impurity and sin together. They go on to live inside Manny (the mammoth) as parasiyes, inevitably eating him from the inside out.
