Glow Squid 

The most useless Mob to ever exist literally just a retexture of the normal squid. The glow squid doesn't hypnotize you (google it if you don't believe me), it doesn't actually glow but the texture just doesn't get dark, the only other drop it has besides ink sacs is prismarine shards.

The Glow Squid shouldn't have won the mob vote since it is useless.
Also yes I am salty about the Glow Squid winning and I hope everyone who voted for it regrets it.

The Glow squid is a new genetic mutation of the squid, giving it the ability to glow and making it more powerful. Soon the evil Squid Empire will take over the world and enslave all of humanity. Only the Iceologer gang has the power to fight off these beasts.

Glow Squid 

1) An underwater Minecraft Mob that, like it says on the tin, is a squid that glows. It lights up underwater areas and drops Glow Squid Ink, but has little other purpose.

2) In a poll or competition, to win not based on one's merit but based on the endorsement of someone with influence, in reference to the Minecraft Glow Squid's divisive win against the Moobloom and Iceologer in its Mob Vote, often believed to have been caused by Minecraft Youtuber Dream's endorsement of the Glow Squid.

1) The Glow Squid doesn't actually have a hypnotizing status effect. Shiny things in video games just hypnotize you anyways.

2) That Twitter poll would have totally turned out differently if there weren't a bunch of influencers glow squidding the vote.
