Gigantamax 

A mechanic that changes both the size and the shape of a Pokémon. Only certain Pokémon are able to Gigantamax. With Gigantamaxing comes a G-Max Move that a move corresponding to its type becomes, for example Bug type moves Butterfree knows become G-Max Befuddle.

A medical term for natrual drastic enlargement of the breast. It could happen during puberty (virginal) or pregnancy (gestational)

(Virginal gigantomastia) A teenager going from an A cup to a DD cup in two weeks

(Gestational gigantomastia) A woman going from a C cup to a G cup
