Gever simply means in Hebrew: Man/ Male. You would however use it just like you would use in English the term Bro.
You write Gever in Hebrew: גבר
** obviously you would use it while talking to men only.

Wow look at Bobby totally pulling a Gevers on that class project, his whole group hates him along with the class and eventually the entire school district, faculty and school board members.

A phrase, origin of which is in Hebrew. It's equivalent to "what ever man" but man is translated to "gever" in hebrew. it's usually used when someone proposes to you something and you just don't care.
He: Hey man let's kick his ass outa here
Me: ahhh...Leave me in you mother
