When someone has no idea the genre of music he is listening to or that there is more than just pop, rock, country, & techno.

person1: "Hey! How about some house?" person2: "Nah..ive been spending too much time @ home, lets go somewhere else." person1 to person3: "Haha! Is he gentarded or what? Lets ditch him & go to the club & check out some house music!"
