I bought a bunch of awesome triple-a games that I couldn't wait to play all day long. I put it off for a few months then when I tried to play again something was missing, like a part of my brain or soul died, and I couldn't hold interest for more than hour. I guess I was gamed over. :(
church hurt is where you experience a degree of distance, pain, or judgement from your church community. Essentially, you are just unable to “find your place”. This is prevalent in the Christian community, but can be extended to other religions.
Now that I am an adult I am beginning to heal from the church hurt that was inflicted on me as a child.
