Grown Men on Bicycles - a derogatory name for men over 30 who ride BMX bicycles aimlessly as if they are casing a neighborhood. Typically used by neighborhood watch associations, but has since been embraced by many men on bicycles in protest of propose discriminatory bicycle ordinances.
