GMEO

An acronym for "gouge/gouging my eyes out." It is usually used after one sees, reads, or pictures something absolutely repulsive.

Person One: Guess what? I had sex.
Person Two: Yeah. What about it?
Person One: With your mom.
Person Two: Whatever.
Person One: And your dad.
Person Two: At the same time?
Person One: Yep.
Person Two: ... GMEO, dude...
