Glygallious

Any substance that is a liquid at 95 degrees farenheit or below which is difficult to boil because it's boiling point is 248 degrees farenheit or higher.

Ethylene glycol(car antifreeze) is glygallious.
Gallium is glygallious.
Propylene glycol is glygallious
