an unattractive male with great prowess in the bedroom. One able to keep things hopping all night long.

Man!.....that guy isn't much to look at..... but he's a battery powered frog.

Frogputter 

One of those small technical items that has no known function as far as you are concerned (due to stunning technical ignorance), but seems to be required. Very similar to a frammis, but more complicated.
