plural of folicy which is a portmanteau of Foolish and Policy to describe a foolish policy, especially pertaining to those of India's Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru. Although first coined on the popular Indian blog sandeepweb to describe Nehru's policies, the term applies to foolish policies all over the world.
The folicies of both the Republicans and Democrats brought the country to ruin.
