Another word for a womans private area. To be used when with your friends either in a public place or around your parents. That way your parents won't have a damn clue on what the hell it is your talking about.

"I played with Jessica's Fooznanny yesterday"

an insult from man to man"What a Fooznanny"
or when you get killed on an online game,"You Fooznanny face"
Your Parents will most likely ask you what it means. If they do tell them it means a very kind person, that way they might call people it throughout their day or call each other it before they leave for work. Its guaranteed to make you laugh if they do.
