Flooglebinder

{noun} The plastic thingy, usually found at the end of your shoelaces/hoodie strings.

Extremely handy if you need a pokey.

fluglebinder

meth pipe. A small glass tube, sealed on one end with a bubble blown on the sealed end. Originally a staw was inserted into into the tube to draw air over the molten meth. At some point in time some one blew a small hole into the bubble eliminating the need for the straw.
