Being fired and then immediately rehired to do more work or the same work for less pay.

Boss "You're fired."
Employee "Oh no."
Boss "What if I let you stay on for 1/2 pay?"
Employee "...Okay."
Boss "See you tomorrow then."

Roommate "How did your day go, did you get fired?"
Employee "No, I got fhired."

A combination of the words "firing" and "hiring".

Means firing someone from a job immediately the moment after you hired them on the first day.

Newcomer Employee: Damn I really fucked up this poor customer's order on the first day. Will you forgive me boss?
Boss: Nah bro, I'm fhiring you.
