one that possesses, native, aboriginal, first nations', or inuit decent that generate the capacity to drink excessive amounts of alcohol, consume copious amounts of drugs (ie, gasoline, ether etc.) and whom participate in tribal activities that incorporate such formalities as stealing cars, dancing in circles, producing and distributing what is known as shit sticks (or cigarettes than include pieces of bark, wood, and more chemicals than one can handle) or smoking sweet grass.
