Eyebrow Dandruff

It is the white flakes that are located in someones eyebrows. The flakes have been know to fall in a person's eyes and cause blindness.

Buttaman: Yo homie, what's that on your face?

Luther: Don't know what you talking about pimpin.

Buttaman: Man you got some eyebrow dandruff, bad.
