Judging people by the content of their character instead of the labels attached to them.

The belief that honesty, integrity, loyalty, accountability, and compassion matter more than race, politics, religion, gender, wealth, or social status.

Origin: From ethic (moral principles and values) + centric (centered on or focused upon).

ethnocentric 

THe belief that your culture/way of life is better then everyone elses.

"Man muslims are actually the best people in the world, praise Allah bla bla"
THats an ethnocentric
or if you got a problem with the example being muslim.(making you ethnocentric)
"Britain is so much better than america!"

A state comparable to racism, where one believes that one's culture or cultural facet is the best culture/facet.

(the pronunciation is debatable)

I think you shouldn't be so whitewashed.
