n. a sexual act that occurs during a womans menstrual period and when completed loosely resembles a cheap version of eggplant parmigiana, after having sex with a menstruating woman (the blood represents tomato sauce), the male then defecates onto her bloody vagina (the "eggplant") followed by the male ejaculating on top of the fecal matter ("parmesan cheese").
