The act of fighting between two males with their penises (Duncan) as a sword.
To win a Duncan Battle you need to take down the opponent by getting your Duncan up the opponents mouth.

Bro 1: “hey bro wanna duncan battle later?”
Bro 2: “hell yeah, I’ve been practicing all week.”
