Duganite

In Jamestown NY; one who frequents the laundromat/bar named Dugan's. Often found intoxicated at all hours of the day using incomprehensible language and attempting to find a dollar for a "cab" or their next draft/Busch Bomber. Many times passed out street side and/or fighting street side over a washed up bar whore who is working hard towards earning the previously mentioned dollar. Douganite's can often drift from Dougan's in search of dollars, and are often found attempting to obtain this dollar at nearby watering hole MOJO's but will not stay long due to: increased draft prices, higher scale clientele, and lack of Busch Bombers

Fogey/fogy /fougi/ sl. (early 18C+, orig. Scot) old-fashioned, stuck-in-the mud.
Person with old fashioned ideas which he is unwilling to change: Come to the disco and stop being such an old fogey!
You think me an old fogeyand an old tory, his thoughtful voice said. I saw three generations since O’Connel’s time. I remember the famine. Do you know that the orange lodges agitated for repeal of the union twenty years before O’Connel did or before the prelates of your communion denounced him as a demagogue? You fenians forget some things. (James Joyce, Ulysses. Penguin Books,1992. p. 38)
