Dubras

A word used to describe a group of dirty, scratty and generally unclean people. Often used as an insult to a family. Can also be used as a general word for the dislike of something or someone.

Girl1 and Girl2 come home after visiting their friend Ann;

Girl1: 'We're never going to Ann's house ever again'

Girl3: 'Why? Whats so bad?'

Girl1: 'The hand towels were sticky, the kitchen sink was brown and there was food all over the kitchen floor'

Girl2: 'She made me a cup of tea, and there was bits floating ontop'

Girl3: 'Geez, they sound like right dubras in that house'

Girl2: 'Yeah, theyre all dubras.'

A karass of only two people, who are so bound together that even their children cannot invade their union. From Kurt Vonnegut's "Cat's Cradle." (A karass is a group of people bound together, often without externally discernable ties.)

1. when one rides the dubra train, one may end up yelling at parked cars in the dunkin' donuts parking lot at 11:45pm with a bottle of said liquid in their left hand. tickets to this train cost 10 shots of dubra *before* partying.

2. when one rides the dubra train, one may end up vomiting over areas including, but not limited to, couches, beds, and sleeping bags, losing all friends in the process. tickets to this train cost a peice of cold pizza and a high five.
