Drunk British Tourist

A specific type of English tourist. Latin name: Homo Ebrius Brittanicus (Drunk British Man)

Drunk British Tourists are mostly comprised of men, but women can be Drunk British Tourists too. Young DBTs are almost always found in single-sex groups called stag/hen parties for men and women respectively. They also have a tendency to wear the dumbest costumes imaginable as if it were Halloween. DBTs over 50 years old are almost always some flavour of obese. Due to the fact that their skin isn’t adapted to the high UV levels of their destinations, DBTs always turn lobster red after a while in the sun.

DBTs mostly restrict their drunken escapades to specific cities on the Southern European coast such as Benidorm in Spain and Albufeira in Portugal, where they gather in “strips”, though they have been known to terrorise other cities in Europe such as Krakow in Poland and Amsterdam in the Netherlands. They always travel via budget airlines such as Ryanair and EasyJet.

As the name implies, Drunk British Tourists have one goal on their travels and one goal only: Get wasted on cheap alcohol. Said alcohol is usually procured in British pub-style bars specifically catered to them in the aforementioned strips; DBTs refuse to visit the local pubs, try the local cuisine and learn the local language yet complain about immigrants in England doing the same.

While wasted, DBTs do stupid shit that makes life hell for everyone in the area. Look up Drunk British Tourist and you’ll see what I mean.
Last week in Albufeira, a group of Drunk British Tourists started a bar fight, injuring dozens.

Eternity leave

When some resigns or retires from a job, they are on "eternity leave". This can also refer to someone who has passed away, especially someone who worked somewhere for a long time, retired/resigned, then passed away later.
Oh I'm sorry, you didn't know that Kelly is on eternity leave? She resigned and moved to Hawaii!

With regrets I would like to inform you that my boss is officially on eternity leave. I will never see or hear them again. Ever.

Jody's got your Cadillac,
Ain't no use in feeling blue,

girl grip

The ability girls and women have developed to hold several items at once in one hand. The skill has been developed due to the lack of pockets in women's clothing.
I thought she'd need multiple trips to carry her phone, keys, wallet, and Starbucks to her car since she needed the other hand to open the door, but she used her impressive girl grip to carry everything in one hand.

The word 'flag' as pronounced by people with thick Belfast accents. The term is a perfect encapsulation of the disproportionate and overblown reaction to the removal of the Union Jack (as in 'de fleg') from above City Hall in Belfast. Where previously it had flown for 365 days per year, it is now flown on 17 designated days of the year - in line with many other British cities.

The event caused a portion of the Protestant community ('fleggers') to make international pricks of themselves as they proceeded to wreck the fucking place, claiming it was another erosion of a 'British' identity they perceive to have been under attack since the horrifying spectre of equality reared its head in Northern Ireland.

The word 'fleg' - and indeed 'fleggers' - fittingly describes a section of humanity unconcerned with knowledge, reality or the vagaries of the English language. Like America's tea-baggers they are ruled by instinct, fear and paranoia with a side dish of rampant bigotry and startling ignorance of the world around them.
"Wat de fuck like! The taigs got de fleg took down! Let's wreck de fuckin place! No surrender!"

"De fleg has been took down! Before ye know it there'll be a united Ireland! Attack Short Strand! God Save The Queen!"
