Double Doogie is when you talk about something or someone getting double attacks. As in "double destroyed."

"That guy just got a Double Doogie straight to the face!" (Double attacked to the face)

Or

"Did you just Double Doogie that cookie?" (Cookie aten in two whole bites)

1. When one is about to get off the toilet after a bowl movement, then realizes it is not over.

2. Having attended a prestigious University in the South for two degrees.
