Full of shit. A term, (accompanied by a two-handed 'jerking-off' hand gesture), used by standup comedian Jimmy Dore of The Jimmy Dore Show, to describe someone or something that he feels is exceptionally full of shit. According to Mr. Dore, the "CK" is a reference to comedian Louis C.K. and his reputation of masturbating in from of women. The double is added for emphasis.

Both the Democratic and Republican parties are giving us the double CK when it comes to enacting policies that benefit the working class.
