Dootang is both a noun and an adjective. If you describe something as dootang, it can be off the hook, or awful. it all depends on the context. it is also a greeting or farewell.

Ryan: Did you see the spiderman 3 trailer? that shit was mad dootang banana splits!

or

Kerry: Hey Mark!
Mark: Dootang Kerry!

Doontang

Whereas males use the phrase "poontang" add a D for Dick and you have doontang. So the ladies can be just as crude when checking out guys!
