When the management at your company is so inept that the only way to describe them is to call them dolts. Dolt porn, is when they do all the textbook activities to run a company and no matter what they do they still run it poorly this would include mentoring, leadership, sounding smart about frameworks and strategies, and horrible useless methods to get things accomplished.
Here we are, going through the crap and watching the dolt porn of leadership make mistakes with shoddy decision-making.
