Divine Ecology

Divine Ecology is the ultimate, brain-melting cosmological framework within the Abzuverse that bridges the gap between ancient creation mythologies and hard theoretical astrophysics. It serves as a direct, unapologetic middle finger to the "Godkiller" action genre (like God of War), completely rejecting the toxic cliché where a mortal hero can violently slaughter a deity in a vacuum while the surrounding world just happily clips along unchanged.
Operating under the strict Anti-Godkiller Rule, Divine Ecology treats the entire multiverse as an interdependent, non-linear trophic web where the Universe of Light (Anki) and the Primordial Abyss (Abzu) function as necessary thermodynamic counterweights. Because deities are the living, vibrating anchors of natural frequencies, deicide is classified as an absolute ecological disaster. If a rogue player or explorer slaughters a god, they don't "liberate" the realm; they violently rip out a planetary resource. The localized atmosphere instantly turns to radioactive ash, geometry warps into suffocating non-linear shapes, and the surrounding mortal populations face immediate, extreme devastation because the entire ecological network connecting life, nature, and the divine has been catastrophically shattered.
"I can't wait for the hero to execute the underworld king and claim his throne as loot."
"Keep dreaming, man. The lore runs strictly on Divine Ecology. If you kill that king, you instantly poison the entire subterranean waterway and trigger a mechanical necrotic decay across the continent."
