Dispazzled

A feeling of mental disorientation causing poor attention to task in hand also causing a feeling of mild dispair.

Working on a project that is being hindered by random thoughts and mental muttering. Results in very poor quality work in which would render you a spaz in the eyes of your peers, causing the feeling of being dispazzled

Stuck on something that puzzles you, or does not make sense to you, so much that it messes with your mind;
Or
Messed, ratty, looking confused and unorganized

I'm just disfuzzled by your explanation, it's so ridiculous!
Or
What did you just roll out of bed? You look disfuzzled!
