Disease occurring in males caused by genetics and/or overconsumption of food and alcohol.

Symptoms include partial or complete obstruction from view of one's own dick due to an enlarged gut.

Pete's gut sticks out way farther than his dickydo. He hasn't seen his dick in years now. The progression of his Dickydo Disease is well beyond the point of no return.
