Hiben-dibens

Soul food appetizer from Southern United States geographical region. Circa 1770 to 1820. Scrap meats have been prepared fried, boiled, baked and BBQ. Often paired with galump and tuches juice as a desert. Gator tails, boar penis, severed mountain oysters,bat wings (for crunch), possum ears, skunk fecal remains, snake blood mixed with molasses as a dipping sauce. Pig ears pig ears are often stuffed with cooked "hiben-dibens" filling. This recipe attributed to Alex Haley ancestor Chicken George.
