Offensive word to mean Kitty Fucker. Usually used towards Zac Efron look alikes that don't even look like they have gone through puberty yet but really actually have like a long time ago. Usually act imature, scream out of their beat up cars, feel insecure, run over young boys feet, and obsess over thier girlfriend's vagina to almost everyone they come in contact with and just piss everyone off.
