when you have good intentions of getting something done but your depression gets in the way and distracts you from what you were doing and few hours later after a misery nap, binge snack, and a Face book torture scroll. you remember you were trying to do something productive so you try your best to do it but its Too late, not enough time, etc.

"Hey did you get your laundry done this weekend?"
"No, I got distracted by laying in bed in the dark, and hating myself, till Sunday when i noticed i had no clean underwear but then it was 11:00 p.m. and i had to be up at 6:00 a.m. and there was no way of getting it done."
"oh you got depresstracted?"
"yeah that."
