A DelNeck is a cross between a Redneck and Citadel Cadet. They originate from small towns across the Southeast and attend The Citadel in hopes of fulfilling a life long dream of hazing black people and generally causing mayhem in Charleston SC.

Tradd: I can't believe those cadets tried to fight the cops on Folly Beach today? I'm mean there are Rednecks and even Leather necks, but I still think DelNecks are the worst.
