Verb: An external noise in the game Fight Night: Round Three. The noise comes after the knockout, but before the fighter hits the ground. Right about the time where he falls to his knees, surrounding, non-playing friends shout DOIE! in a manner much like that of a kid on downsydrome. The noise is made to express a sense of complete and utter discomboulation and confusion.
To take something small, that doesn't quite qualify as a theft. Probably from the Danish "skæv" or the Dutch "scheef", both of which are pronounced similarly, meaning "askew, or not quite right'. To change an item's ownership without permission, but only something small and of little worth.
