When one male places his lips on the hemorrhoids of another male and puts such pressure on them causing them to pop and create what looks like lipstick on the male performing the act.
Last night my boyfriend forgot to tell me about his hemorrhoids when i was going down on him. I didn't realize until i looked in the mirror and saw that i had be surprised with some crimson lipstick.
