A high strung white person high on methamphetamine. They usually have sores on their face and missing teeth. Often times resembling a zombie.

Cracker tweak is basically the bath salts of the Midwest. Mostly white people take it so that’s why it isn’t just called tweak

Homeless person: “Hey y’all got some of that cracker tweak?”
