peanut butter and crack sandwich 

A delicious delicousy created by the world's favorite base-head, Tyrone Biggums. This glorious concoction consists of one part crack cocaine(mostly likely several rocks knowing Tyrone), Two pieces of bread(definently white, as Crackheads do not believe in whole-grain, and finally a generous portion of peanut butter.

Mrs. Biggums: "And what would you like for lunch today Tyrone?

Peanut Butter & Crack Sandwich 

Take two pices of bread and apply a generous ammount of peanut butter on one side to both pieces of bread, then pack it down the crack of your ass.
