Covertigout is a made up disease which effects the brain tricking the host into believing they are being singled out and not required to show up to work. Often times the host will files numerous complaints with their boss or HR.
He hasn’t been to work in a few months now, he’s still suffering from that covertigout ever since he didn’t get his way.

Covered with Scorpions

When someone expresses great distress over something of little impact to themselves and humanity as a whole.

Taken from the X-Men Animated Series Episode "Captive Hearts". Annalee, a projecting empath, uses her powers on Wolverine who, as we know, is nearly invincible/heals almost instantly from almost all attacks. She begins chanting "Covered with scorpions. All covered with scorpions!" and Wolvie begins to hallucinate scorpions all over his body. He exlclaims in a frightened manner "No! Covered with scorpions! GET THEM OFF ME!" Thus, getting worked up over something that will honestly not effect him.
Person A: "Your musical tastes suck! I view you as inferior to myself because of them. If only you were more like me."

Person B: "NO! COVERED WITH SCORPIONS! GET THEM OFF ME!!"

Person A: o_O

David Coverdale

A British rock star who has a miraculous talent for singing, as well as a knack for teasing his hair up higher than it should ever naturally go.
During his "normal human being" period (1951-1972) he spent his time as a child and as a club singer.
In his "oh my god I can't believe I'm in Deep Purple" phase (1973-1976) he worked as an adequate replacement to Ian Gillian in Deep Purple.
He later transitioned to his "I think I'm going to name a band after my penis" period (1977-1984) in which he started Whitesnake and achieved much overseas success, however in the U.S. most people we're too busy telling each other to "relax".
It wasn't until his "freebase cocaine and hairspray" period (1985-1991) that the U.S. finally took notice of him and his band.
When Whitesnake broke up in '91, Coverdale retreated to his "I think I'm going to cut my hair and act real serious" period (1992-2001) in which he cut his hair and acted really serious.
Finally, he made it to his "I'm a total effing rock legend and you know it" phase (2002-present) in which he has lightened up considerably, regrown his hair, and reformed Whitesnake.
David Coverdale lives in Lake Tahoe and is happily married to his (third, I think)wife.
1.
Person A: Who is the greatest rock singer of all time?
Person B: David Coverdale.
2.

Person B: Of course.

cover letter

usually a letter that accompanies your resume. It's normally about half a page and that half a page can make or break your chances of getting the job. It's a pain in the ass and no one ever really knows what to put in those few paragraphs and chances are, you're going to screw it up.
Mr. Smith would like you to send your resume with a cover letter to the business for an interview.
