The action of acting like Mike Coulson, a legendary man of God with renewed youth and strength to run circles around men in their prime while performing physical Labor. Excelling in any type of work requiring you to Man-Up(ie tearing down walls, building stuff, carrying heavy things, etc.).

A combination of the words consonant and constipated, constipated with consonants.
Having only consonants, no vowels, in a word game such as Words with Friends or Scrabble making wordplay difficult.

While playing scrabble, a players tiles are all consonants, having no vowels to help form words.
