Cornbilly is a term (often derogatory) for people who dwell in rural, isolated agricultural areas primarily in Iowa but also parts of the Midwest.

a Corn-Billie is a free and untrammeled citizen of Iowa, who lives in the corn, has no means to speak of, dresses as he can, talks as he pleases, drinks whiskey when he gets it, and fires off his shotgun as the fancy takes him.

Cornelly 

Split into North Cornelly and South Cornelly, the latter being slightly more acceptable. Both are places usually inhabited by people who can't afford to live in Porthcawl, not even New Road end. Usually associated with slums, beer, hangovers, more beer and the "Gambo".

"Dude I really want to move out of my parents house in Porthcawl, but I can't afford anything around there...I'll probably just buy a house in Cornelly, they're going for about a fiver"

Cornbilly 

Cornbilly is a term (often derogatory) for isolated southern liberal democrats often known for inbreeding do to isolation. Most often dwelling in rural, isolated agricultural areas primarily in Iowa but also parts of the Midwest.

Cornbillies live in the corn fields, have no means to speak of, dress as they can, talk as they please, drink to much, and are often engage in homosexual activities. Many also transform themselves to opposite sex like looks and pretend to be that gender.

When threatened or disagreed with, their go-to defense is to scream racism, homophobia, bigot, etc. In attempt to silence the opposition in slanderous/libel style.

The cornbilly's are trying to take gun rights away again so their cousin can't defend thenselves from their sexual advances.
