Conjangle 

1. To put together or build quickly, shabbily
messed up, confused, kind of like fubar
2. To mix, organize or blend something
I wanted to clean up the computer wires in the office but they were all conjangled.

The night before the report was due, Rachel conjangled a 1-page essay.

2. indicating a high level of disorder.

To awkwardly converse with a person, or a group of people in a otherwise normal situation.
Person 1: Hey man how is it going?

Person 2: I like your butt.

Person 3: That was totally Confliggle...

ect.
