Compulsive Skull Reacting Disorder (CSRD) is a mental health condition charcaterized by compulsions (repetitive behaviours or mental acts being performed stemming from addiction) and an uncontrollable urge to react with the skull emoji typically on the social media platform discord by holding down the message and pressing the skull emoji or double tapping the message to initiate the skull emoji reaction.

Symptoms primarily include reacting with the skull emoji to every remotely humorous or non humorous message, experiencing discomfort when a message remains un-skulled and accidentally replacing meaningful communication with repeated skull reactions. Severe cases may result in entire conversations consisting solely of Skull💀 reactions, causing confusion among friends and family members.

murderhobo

In a tabletop game, a murderhobo is a player who murders NPCs indiscriminately. This is normally derogatory, referring to a player who totally ignores quests, dialog, backstory, trade, world building etc.

The term is most common with Dungeons and Dragons, but it can be applied to most RPGs where the player is allowed to kill most quest-giving NPCs and NPC traders. E.g. Elder Scrolls, Fallout, Divinity original sin.
DM: The sad little orphan girl tugs at Steve's trenchcoat to get his attention, and ask for help saving her pet dog from...
Steve: I'd like to roll a strength check against strangling the orphan.
Dave: I call dibs on the dog.
