It stands for "cringey lame emo anti material in smashing anything", basically a guy/girl who, by profesional definition, has a huge crush in a girl/boy that he has no chance of having sex with, but still thinks he/she can be in a serious relationship with the woman/man, and constantly tries by any means in order to try to smash.
