A tripe soup very popularin Bulgaria, used as a breakfast (after drinking), lunch, dinner, supper, brunch, road-trip meal, festive dish. As a practical joke to non-Bulgarians. It is characterised by a very strong smell, even before you add up to 50% of its volume in vinegar, garlic and chilli powder.
