When a person wears clothes that are fashionable but that person is very unique and does not follow any trend! Instead they have their own trend but instead of making a name for their unique style you generalize them a "Cheenie's"

Very high status and people respect Cheenie's as it shows independence and a fun personality.

Hair will be pulled back so tight that the skin is pulled back (see Croydon facelift) but a superglued hairsprayed fringe is a must as is too much makeup.

Some chewnieswinger was hayin an argument with her gadgie boyfriend on the bus the day.
